This story tells of Farinoi, a young man who dreams of finding the heart of the great sea, a place called Settessie. He believes it to be a place of great beauty that will fulfill all his hearts desires. So great is this obsession that Farinoi ignores warnings and teachings of those around him, that Settessie is where an evil being is imprisoned. One day, he is lured to a cove where a beautiful woman offers to show him the path to Settessie.
This woman calls herself Whailaea, but is not a mortal. She was once but long since exchanged her mortality and all that was good for eternal youth and beauty. Now, half mortal and half Daeif, she deceives Farinoi into following a path to an evil that wants nothing more than to escape from the dark sea it has been bound to.
This is the first collaborative work, Bertron Hamill and Erin Roach have done together. In this book they have created an intercontinental world of oceans, almost like a galaxy of water. There are creatures that are stories and mysteries within themselves. In this first installment of the Sea of Felae Hamill and Roach present a story of adventure, redemption and second chances. They plan to introduce more in sequal works.
