I wrote this book to tell my story, a story of love. It is the story of the love of a mother who gave up her children in the hope that they would have the life that she felt she couldn’t give them. It is the story of the love of a family that adopted a little girl and gave her love and the support that she needed to believe she could do and be whatever she wanted to do and be. They have made me the person that I am today and I hope I have lived up to their expectations. I have also included advice to those who are adopted. I included a reference for the adoption regulations of each state and DC for adoptees searching and the website to go for updates on each states regulation changes.
